Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns: You are eligible to return a product within 30 days of receipt if it is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. For products that are damaged upon arrival or incorrectly shipped, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to initiate a return.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, you must first contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply to some returns. This will be communicated to you when you contact customer service to initiate a return.
  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only issued for products that are returned in accordance with our Return Policy. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Refund Process: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchange Policy

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, we are happy to exchange it for the same item. Contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange.
  • Exchange Process: To exchange it for the same item, send us an email with photographic proof of the damage and we will provide you with further instructions.


Please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning your item. Without tracking, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item
